Chen Kah Seong

Chen has worked 22+ years in PETRONAS. Over his 22+ years of career with PETRONAS, he has worked in many technical, planning and managerial positions. He started his career as Reservoir Engineer before moving on to resume various positions as Gas Planner, Petroleum Economist, Field Development Plan Leader, Business Planner to the Vice President of Exploration & Production, Senior Manager of Field Development, General Manager of Projects and presently heading the Petroleum Engineering Division. He was also involved in PETRONAS Corporate Strategic Study setting directions for future PETRONAS’ Malaysia exploration plan.

As Head of Petroleum Engineering, he is accountable to ensure resource reporting integrity, deliver solutions to commercialize discovered resources, operate and maintain reservoirs during field production life, pursue further development opportunities to maximize recovery and capability building (both individual and institutional).

Will Rowley
Acteon Group
Will holds the position of Group Analyst within the Acteon Group, one of the offshore industry’s largest privately-held subsea services companies with 17 companies and over 2,000 employees worldwide.  With formal training in business & law, Will has spent the past 13 years prior to Acteon as a strategic advisor to operators, contractors, financiers and Governments ranging from BP, Statoil and Petrobras to Subsea7 and the US Coastguard and US Army. He now provides key strategic and market input into business acquisitions and development within the Acteon group including the development and coordination of sector specialisations such as FPSO Redeployment, Offshore Renewables, Decommissioning as well as geographic expansion.

Atsunori Takeuchi

Atsunori Takeuchi came back to Tokyo Gas Co., Ltd. in 2005 and started his job in Gas Resources Department, which covered LPG & Japanese domestic gas procurements after completing his task as an invited researcher at Program on U.S. – Japan Relations, Harvard University, during the 2004-2005 academic year. Since April 2009, he has been located in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, as a Chief Representative in Asia Pacific Regional Office of Tokyo Gas. He originally graduated from Keio University, the Department of Economics.
